V2 Systems offers several customer support plans for our clients. We will develop a customized support plan to suit your organization’s individual needs, including

  •     24 x 7, 365-Day Emergency Service

  •     Annual, quarterly, or Monthly maintenance & inspections

  •     Embedded on-site Technicians for dedicated support

  •     Remote network access support & troubleshooting

All V2 technicians hold a state system's technician license Class D or an Electricians License Class A or B and maintain security clearances from the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety.

Members of our in-house design and support team have specialized training backgrounds in security design consulting, IP networking, software development, BIM / AutoCAD design, computer design & assembly, and electrical engineering.

Our technicians hold factory certifications from all of our supported products. Each year, our support technicians receive hundreds of hours of systems technology training.
